Privacy, in plain language

The more personal it feels,
the clearer data handling must be.

This page separates what leaves the device, why it is processed, and what choices you have.

What is sent to servers

01

Text

Messages you submit are sent to servers to produce a response.

02

Voice

Voice is uploaded only after you choose recording and grant permission.

03

Birth information

This is processed only when deliberately entered for a relevant product feature.

Storage and memory

Current public statements say transmission and storage are encrypted. Product memory may retain experiences, preferences, and past conversations to understand you over time. Individual memories cannot currently be viewed, edited, or deleted separately. Deleting the account removes conversation history, memories, and other account data together.

Website privacy

This website does not use advertising pixels or behavioral analytics. The First 100 application sends entered information directly to the product account backend and does not store it in browser storage; a language preference may be saved locally. Payment-result pages do not collect card details themselves.

Requests and rights

For account deletion, data-processing, or other privacy requests, contact service@aipioneer.com.cn. Requests are handled according to applicable law and verifiable account information.
